Storm Isha

We’re experiencing more and more calls from customers who have been affected by the latest storm, Isha.

Storm Isha has been leaving a trail of destruction as high winds tear down fences, trees and powerlines, along with heavy rain creating hazardous flash flooding.

Our teams have been helping repair and replace fences in the local area, as well as moving fallen trees. If your fence is showing any signs of weakness, we would advise trying to secure it before the next storm, Jocelyn, hits on Tuesday. Not only can a weak fence increase the likelihood of it falling down during a storm, but it can also give thieves the opportunity to gain access to your property more easily.

Remember it’s also important to keep an eye on any trees that are on your property. A rotten tree can be extremely dangerous as well as very costly if it damages anything within the vicinity. We would encourage you to use preventative measures to ensure a tree doesn’t fall, rather than leaving it too late.
